Refund policy

Every AM Design product is a digital download, so there is nothing to send back.

If a plugin does not work for you, email support@amdesignshop.com within 14 days of your order, with your order number, and we will refund it in full. We may offer to help you get it working first, but the refund is yours if you still want it.

A refund ends that plugin's license: its key no longer activates or renews it. If your key covers other plugins, it keeps covering those. Section 7 of our End User License Agreement explains this: https://amdesignshop.com/pages/eula

After 14 days we do not give refunds, except where the law requires one.
