Shipping policy

AM Design sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped and there is no shipping charge.

Your download is ready as soon as your payment goes through, from the link on your order confirmation page and in your order email.

For a plugin that needs a license key, the key is emailed separately to the address you ordered with, usually within a few minutes, from AM Design with the subject "Your AM Design license key". If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then ask for it again under "Lost your key" at https://api.amdesigntools.com/manage, or email support@amdesignshop.com.
